1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "Member") and iyatoto ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the iyatoto online gaming platform accessible at iyatoto.cam and all associated services, applications, and content offered therein.

2 Definitions

• "Account" — the personal member account registered by a Player on the iyatoto platform, used to access games, manage funds, and utilise platform services.
• "Balance" — the total of cleared, withdrawable funds held within a Player's Account at any given time, excluding bonus credits unless otherwise specified.
• "Bonus Funds" — promotional credits, free bet credits, or non-cashable amounts awarded to a Player's Account pursuant to an active promotion, subject to individual wagering requirements.
• "Real Money Balance" — funds deposited by the Player using a supported payment method, which are immediately available for wagering and withdrawal subject to applicable verification requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" / "Rollover" — the number of times a Bonus Fund amount must be wagered in eligible games before it is converted to withdrawable Real Money Balance.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer procedures, including identity verification and document submission, required under our compliance obligations prior to withdrawal processing.
• "Restricted Jurisdiction" — any jurisdiction in which accessing or using the iyatoto platform is prohibited under applicable local law.
• "Prohibited Conduct" — any action described in Section 9 of these Terms that is expressly forbidden on the platform.
• "Platform" — the iyatoto website, mobile-optimised interface, and all associated services accessible via iyatoto.cam.

3 Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account oniyatoto, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

1. Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. iyatoto operates a strict21+ policy across all gaming activities. Players who are found to be under 21 years of age will have their accounts immediately suspended and all funds will be handled in accordance with our minor protection procedures.
2. Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
3. Jurisdiction: You must not be a resident of or accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law. 4. Single account: You may hold only one (1) Account on the platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended and any winings being voided.
5. Own identity: You must register using your own true and accurate personal information. Registering on behalf of another person is prohibited.
6. Exclusion status: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion agreement with iyatoto or any third-party responsible gambling organisation that covers your access to online gaming platforms.

4 Account Registration & Verification

To register an Account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You undertake to maintain the accuracy of this information and to promptly notify iyatoto of any changes.

Identity Verification (KYC): Prior to processing your first withdrawal — and at any time atiyatoto's reasonable discretion thereafter — we may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. This may include but is not limited to:

• A clear copy of a government-issued photo identification document (e.g., Malaysian MyKad, passport, or driver's licence);
• Proof of residential address dated within three (3) months (e.g., utility bill or bank statement);
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits;
• A selfie photograph holding your identification document.

Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable period may result in suspension of withdrawal processing or, in cases of suspected fraud or misrepresentation, account termination. iyatoto reserves the right to withold funds pending satisfactory verification.

Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or authentication codes with any third party. iyatoto will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials. You must notify our support team immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your Account.

5 Terms of Use

By using the iyatoto platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes. You acknowledge the following:

• All gaming activities oniyatoto are conducted on a real-money basis unless explicitly designated as free-play mode.
• Gambling involves inherent financial risk, and you may lose some or all of the funds you deposit. iyatoto makes no guarantee of winnings.
• You are solely responsible for all wagering decisions made on your Account. iyatoto is not responsible for the outcomes of any bets or games.
• You will not use any automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• You will not attempt to exploit errors, technical glitches, or software vulnerabilities in any game or platform feature. Any winings obtained through exploitation of such errors are not valid and will be voided.
• You accept that iyatoto's recorded data regarding all transactions, game outcomes, and account activity shall be the authoritative record in any dispute.
• The platform and all its content are intended for entertainment purposes only and should not be treated as a source of income.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Deposits. iyatoto accepts deposits via a range of payment methods available to Malaysian players, including Touch'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB Bank, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, DuitNow, FPX, Visa, Mastercard, and cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, USDT, LTC). The minimum deposit amount is RM30. Deposits are credited to your Account balance upon confirmed receipt. iyatoto does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may impose charges at their discretion.

6.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawals may be processed to payment methods previously used for deposits, subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account KYC verification must be fully completed;
• No active account investigation, suspected fraud, or self-exclusion order is in place;
• Any applicable bonus wagering requirements attached to your current balance have been satisfied;
• The minimum withdrawal amount ofRM50 is met.

Processing times are as follows: DuitNow and e-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed within 10–30 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals to Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank accounts are processed within one (1) business day. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to network confirmation times, typically within 30–120 minutes.

6.3 Funding Source. All deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. iyatoto reserves the right to return funds to their source if the originating account cannot be verified as belonging to the registered Member.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

iyatoto offers a range of promotional offers including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback schemes, cryptocurrency deposit bonuses, birthday bonuses, and referal rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds carry a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before the bonus balance converts to withdrawable Real Money Balance. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each promotion is stated in the individual promotion terms (e.g., 10x, 18x, 35x).
• Minimum deposit: Most bonus offers require a minimum qualifying deposit of RM50 unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion.
• One bonus per offer: Each promotional offer is available once per registered Member, household, IP address, device, and payment method unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus expiry: Bonus funds not used within the stated validity period will expire and be forfeited from the Account balance.
• Game restrictions: Certain games may contribute at a reduced rate (or not at all) towards wagering requirement clearance. Live sports betting, table games, and live dealer games may carry reduced contribution percentages. Full contribution tables are available in individual promotion terms.
• Abuse prevention: iyatoto reserves the right to withold, adjust, or void bonus awards where there is evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, or systematic exploitation of promotional terms.
• Maximum withdrawal from bonus: Where applicable, specific promotions may carry a cap on the maximum amount withdrawable from bonus-derived winings. This cap, if applicable, is stated in the promotion terms.

iyatoto reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Players who have already claimed a bonus will not be retrospectively affected by the withdrawal of that specific offer.

8 Betting & Gaming Rules

8.1 Finality of Results. All game outcomes are determined by independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical outcomes streamed in real time. Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the platform, the outcome is final and binding. iyatoto does not accept responsibility for connection failures, device errors, or interruptions on the player's end.

8.2 Sports Betting. iyatoto offers wagering markets on EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UFC, NBA, and numerous other sporting events. All sports bets are subject to individual market rules. iyatoto reserves the right to:

• Void a bet where an event is postponed, abandoned, or not completed within the timeframe stipulated in the market rules;
• Correct obvious pricing errors where odds were clearly published in error;
• Limit or refuse bets from accounts suspected of systematic arbitrage or line exploitation;
• Apply maximum payout limits per event, per day, and per account as communicated in individual sport category rules.

8.3 Minimum and Maximum Wagers. Minimum and maximum bet sizes vary by game category and table. Current limits are displayed within each game or market interface and are subject to change. VIP Members may be eligible for elevated table limits in accordance with their tier benefits.

8.4 Disconnection Policy. In the event of a network disconnection during an active game round, iyatoto's server records will be used to determine the state of the game at the point of disconnection. Where a game round was in progress and cannot be completed, the wager may be settled at the server-recorded state or refunded at iyatoto's discretion.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions constitute Prohibited Conduct and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be referred to appropriate authorities:

• Registering or attempting to register more than one (1) Account;
• Providing false, misleading, or third-party personal information during registration or KYC;
• Using the platform whilst under 21 years of age;
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players in poker, live dealer, or any competitive game format;
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, macros, or any non-human interaction with the platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities to gain financial advantage;
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any criminal activity through the platform;
• Depositing funds derived from illegal sources;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, disassemble, or tamper with any aspect of the platform's software or security systems;
• Conducting chip dumping or other forms of match manipulation in poker or sports markets.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the iyatoto platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, visual design, game interfaces, software, text, images, animations, and multimedia content — is the proprietary property of iyatoto or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Reproduce, copy, distribute, or republish any platform content without prior written consent;
• Use any iyatoto branding, logo, or trade marks in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation;
• Frame or embed any part of the platform on an external website without express written authorisation.

11 Privacy & Data

The collection, processing, storage, and use of your personal data by iyatoto is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the platform, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary, iyatoto collects personal data for the purposes of account administration, identity verification (KYC), fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and service improvement. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared with third-party service providers (e.g., payment processors, KYC verification services) only to the extent necessary for platform operations and in accordance with applicable data protection obligations.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, iyatoto and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winings or anticipated revenue;
• Losses arising from platform downtime, technical failures, or interruptions beyondiyatoto's reasonable control;
• Any action taken by iyatoto in good faith in accordance with these Terms, including account suspension pending investigation;
• Third-party payment provider delays or errors;
• Consequences arising from your violation of applicable local law in your jurisdiction of residence.

iyatoto's total aggregate liability to you for any cause of action shall not exceed the amount of real-money funds held in your Account at the time the cause of action arose.

13 Suspension & Termination

13.1 By iyatoto. iyatoto reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or Prohibited Conduct;
• Account found to belong to a player under 21 years of age;
• At iyatoto's reasonable business discretion, with reasonable prior notice where feasible.

13.2 By the Player. You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Upon closure, any Real Money Balance remaining in your Account (after satisfaction of any active bonus requirements) will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method.

13.3 Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period through ourResponsible Gambling page. During a self-exclusion period, your Account will be restricted from wagering activity and you will be excluded from all promotional communications.

14 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international online gaming regulatory frameworks under whichiyatoto operates. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration before mutually agreed arbitral body.

Nothing in this clause shall restrictiyatoto's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent or restrain any breach of these Terms.

15 Amendments

iyatoto reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Your continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
